Marta Kolomayets: ...These girls are full of ideas, they are enchanted with love, Ukrainian literature, they cite poetry, believe that everything is possible in this life. They see wider, brighter and clearer. They know history, past, as it is necessary to create future. They dream not only about personal happiness, but about improving life of their environment, their communty.

Year after Victory - Yana Verteba, 2010 program winner, Mariupol

««Has it realle ended…!?», - I thougt either with sadness or with pleasure, when he last paticipant left the conference-hall, where education in the frst in Mriupol School of female business leaders took place for two days.
So many emotions and thoughts appeared then, on how it difficult it was for me to fill the application, and creative process of preparing the tasks, and my joy after my esay was selected and I received invitation to Kyiv, how fruitful was the training conducted y tetyana Lytvynova and forum with successul women, and later the training on writing proposals, where I received not only theoretical knowledge, but practical skills of writing projects; and then after I received notification about financial support i almost lost consciousness of happiness...and eveyhing started!!!
First Step to Success program so much inspired me with ideas, motivated to active social work, make believe in own strength and success, that on returning home I couldnot help writing the project, which I entitled «School of female business leaders»
Experience I received in the process of the project implementation is impossible to overestimate! Now I know for sure how to write a project and make it correctly, systematically and logically, prove its topicality and expediency, compile a budget, elaborate training program and work with trainers, compile training manuals, invite media and guests to the project. I know how to organize events and consider all details starting from leasing premises to delicious lunch and pens to amke it perfect. And it was so! And I am proud of that!
I am proud that my project, School of female business leaders, turned out to be interesting and topical, and it will have continuation with support of the Regional Administration. I have a dream that this project would be a systematic event and become all-Ukrainian.
The program is my first step, and I think to achieve success and goals I will have to make many steps, but I have a positive start and I made it owing to Ukrainian Women's Fund!
I am cincerely gratful to you for this opportunity and support! I wish you success in your future work!
